Ashley was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toledo. She then continued her education graduating from the University of Toledo’s Clinical Nurse Leader program with a Master of Science in Nursing. Ashley is licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing and is a member of the Ohio Nurses Association.

In 2011 Ashley started with Mitchell Dermatology, where she gained years of experience in dermatological medicine. She has over 8 years of experience as an aesthetic nurse and continues to expand her knowledge of aesthetics by attending Master Injector Courses and Trainings. She has certification and advanced training through EPIC and Allergan Pharmaceuticals in Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Kybella; Belotero and Radiesse from Merz Institute of Advanced Aesthetics; Sculptra, Dysport, and dermal fillers from Galderma Aesthetics. She also has advanced training in Jeuveau, microneedling, radio frequency, laser hair removal, Hydrafacial, medical grade chemical peels, and medical grade skincare.
